ALL returns, with the exception of freight-damaged or defective products, must be returned unused, in the original packaging, and in saleable condition.

NO Refunds on SPECIAL ORDER merchandise.

NO refunds without original receipt.

NO full monetary refunds after 30 days.

After 30 days some items (at the manager’s discretion) may be returned for a 25% restocking fee.

NO refunds on tools.

Tool rentals MUST be paid by cash or credit card.

ALL returned merchandise paid by check that is under $100.00 will be refunded by cash. Refunds totaling $100.00 or more will be issued a check.
